Join SVA artist Brian Stuart for a still life painting workshop using the “Tonal Impressionist” method. Designed for beginners through advanced artists, this class offers guided instruction, hands-on practice, and personalized feedback.

Choose from two 4-week sessions (or take both):
May Session: Paint along with Brian as he demonstrates the still life process and provides step-by-step guidance.
June Session: Work from your own reference photo or a new setup, with individualized support.

Details:

• Tuesdays, 6–8 PM (May & June sessions available)

• Location: SVA Gallery, 534 S. Pier Dr.

• Cost: $50 per 4-week session

• Ages 16+

• Bring your own materials: Oil paints (titanium white, black, yellow ochre, raw umber, burnt sienna, green, blue, red), brushes, brush cleaner, palette, and a 9 x 12 canvas or similar surface.
  Note: May session uses a limited palette (white, black, yellow ochre, raw umber, burnt sienna, blue).
