Interested in Teaching a Workshop at SVA?
We welcome workshop proposals from artists and instructors who would like to share their skills with our community.
Please submit your workshop idea for review by the SVA Programs Committee.
Proposals must be submitted at least one month prior to your preferred workshop date(s) to allow time for committee review and approval.
Upon Approval
The SVA will work with you to:
Schedule the best date, time, and location for your workshop.
Promote your workshop through SVA marketing channels.
Manage registration, fee collection, and participant communications.
To assist with promotion, you will be asked to provide one or two images related to your workshop.
If you need assistance determining materials, supplies, or workshop pricing, the Programs Committee is happy to help.
Additional Information
A 20% commission will be deducted from your final payment.
A 1099 form will be issued when required.
Committee members will assist with workshop setup and cleanup.
