Inspired by Nature - Call for Original Art
We’re inviting artists of all ages and abilities to share work for our upcoming gallery exhibition, Inspired by Nature. We invite artists to interpret this theme in their own way. Whether your inspiration comes from a favorite hiking trail, native plants, changing seasons, natural materials, or the colors and patterns found in nature, we’d love to see your perspective. Please submit your original artwork no later than September 16th , 2026.
Plein Air Competition
The Plymouth Arts Center invites Midwest Artists to register for its annual Paint the Towns in Fall Color, Plein Air (outdoor painting) competition and exhibition. The painting days are Wednesday, Sept. 30 through Wednesday, Oct 7 within the boundary map provided.
Artists are encouraged to register in advance as the first 45 artists to register will be accepted. The fee is $45 if the registration form is received before September 22nd. After September 22nd the fee is $50.
Plein Air Along the Fox River
Wisconsin Visual Artists is calling all artists who love painting or sketching outdoors! Join the 1st Annual Plein Air Along the Fox River happening September 1–19, 2026, throughout Green Bay and De Pere. Artists will create work along the Fox River, exhibit their finished pieces at local galleries, compete for awards, and keep 100% of artwork sales. Registration opens June 1 and is limited to the first 100 artists.
Sheboygan Senior Community Craft Fair
We're seeking talented crafters, makers, and artists for our Craft Fair on Saturday, November 7.
We're looking for vendors offering handmade food and beverages, bath and body products, home décor, jewelry, fine art, woodworking, pottery, paper goods, clothing and accessories, floral and garden items, pet products, and seasonal or holiday gifts.

WAAM WVA NORTH 2026
WVA NORTH members, this opportunity is for you! WAAM WVA NORTH 2026 — We Are All Members of WVA NORTH invites North Chapter artists to share their work in an upcoming exhibition at the Richeson Gallery.
Artists may submit 1–2 works in 2D, 3D, or video. The exhibition will include awards and a $100 honorarium for the awards juror. Artists may also indicate which work they would prefer to have included if only one of their submissions can be accommodated.
Exhibition: October 30–December 30, 2026
Entry Fee: $20 for 1–2 works | $15 for students
Deadline: September 15, 2026, or earlier if the 65-work limit is reached
Location: Richeson Gallery in Kimberly, Wisconsin
Please note: This opportunity is open to WVA NORTH members only.
Space is limited to approximately 50–65 works, and entries are accepted first-come, first-served, so artists are encouraged to submit early.
