Art Show Labels • 2026

Use this form to submit label information for artwork included in the 2026 exhibitions.

• Artwork must be printed by a professional photo print service

(e.g. Walgreens, Nations Photo, Office Max, Walmart) or a photo-grade printer.

• Standard home printers, scanners, or copiers are not accepted.

• Submit one label per format.

Example: A stretched canvas print and a fine art paper print require separate labels.

• For generic items (such as packs of notecards), treat the pack as one piece of artwork.

Example: Title: “Sheboygan Maritime Cards” Description:“Pack of 10 note cards, 5×7”

• Use fine art paper or quality digital photo paper.

• Plain copy paper is not accepted.

Please submit a label for each piece that is being shown at the exhibit.
