Art Show Labels: 2026

Photographic Artwork – Minimum Requirements:

Important: Please fill out a separate form for each art piece that will need a label.

1. Printing: The artwork must be printed by a professional photo print service (e.g., Walgreens, Nations Photo, Office Max, Walmart) or a photo-grade printer. Standard home printers, scanners, or copiers are not acceptable.

2. Paper/Material: Use fine art paper or quality digital photo paper. Plain copy paper is not acceptable.

3. Labeling: Submit one label per format.

   • Example: A stretched canvas print and a fine art paper print should have separate labels.

   • For generic items, such as packs of notecards, treat the pack as one piece of artwork.

     Example Title: “Sheboygan Maritime Cards”

     Example Description: “Pack of 10 note cards, 5x7”
